Terms and Conditions for Noble World Records Participation

1. Authorization for Use of Materials

We/I agree to permit Noble World Records (NWR) to use all submitted materials, including but not limited to photos, videos, and other documents, for publications, promotional creations, and displays across various platforms. This includes but is not limited to:

Noble World Records websites and databases
Social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
Television, radio, online advertising, and other global media channels

These materials may also be used for marketing campaigns, documentaries, books, awards, and other promotional or commercial activities. By submitting these materials, I waive any claims to ownership, royalties, or compensation.

2. Use of Images with Public Figures

I authorize Noble World Records to use images or videos featuring public figures, such as Chief Ministers, Governors, or other dignitaries, alongside record holders for global promotional purposes. This includes advertisements and promotions on platforms like Google, Facebook, and Instagram. Noble World Records will ensure compliance with applicable laws concerning the use of such images.

3. Disclaimer Against Misrepresentation

Noble World Records commits to ethical practices, ensuring that public figures' appearances in photos or videos are not misrepresented as endorsements of Noble World Records, its activities, or affiliated products or services unless explicitly permitted by the public figure involved.

4. Consent for Editing and Adaptation

Noble World Records reserves the right to edit or adapt submitted materials for clarity, consistency, and promotional purposes. Such edits will not alter the core content or misrepresent the record.

5. Representation and Warranties

I confirm that the materials submitted are original, do not infringe on any third-party rights, and comply with all local, national, and international laws. I ensure that no government policies or regulations are violated during the record attempt or submission process.

6. Responsibility for Safety and Compliance

Ensuring safety during any record attempt is my sole responsibility.
All essential safety measures, including insurance and the presence of a certified hospital doctor and two public witnesses, must be ensured before attempting the record.
Noble World Records will not be responsible for damages, injuries, or safety-related issues.

7. Global Marketing and Partner Sharing

I acknowledge that Noble World Records may share submitted materials with partners, sponsors, affiliates, and other third parties for promotional purposes, ensuring broader visibility and reach for my record.

8. Perpetual Rights and Non-Refund Policy

All materials submitted become the property of Noble World Records, which retains perpetual and irrevocable rights to use them without restriction or limitation. Under no circumstances will submitted materials be returned, and certification fees are non-refundable.

9. Non-Attribution of Authorship

I agree that Noble World Records will not recognize me as the author or creator of any submitted materials used in publications, marketing, or promotional campaigns.

10. Tax and Fee Acknowledgment

GST will be charged at 18% for participants in India.
For participants outside India, GST will be charged as per the applicable rates in their respective countries.

11. Disputes and Jurisdiction

All disputes arising from these terms and conditions are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Lucknow, India.

12. Worldwide Reach

I understand that the submitted materials may be used across all countries and jurisdictions, reflecting the global scope of Noble World Records' operations.

13. Indemnity

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Noble World Records and its sister organizations from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the use of the submitted materials, including disputes involving public figures or third parties.

14. Accuracy of Information

I affirm that all information provided is accurate and true to the best of my knowledge. Noble World Records reserves the right to revoke certifications if any information is found to be false or misleading.
